The research will identified the particular challenges faced by third-sector leaders in learning and skills, including the difficulty small providers face in meeting the demands of a highly regulated sector. This will enable third-sector leaders to better understand and describe the challenge of leadership in this part of the sector and identify how best to target support for leaders in the sector.
