Ricky McMenemy is Managing Director of Rules Restaurant, the oldest restaurant in London, where, for the last 25 years, he has led a team of around 100 employees.

His commitment to high-quality, continuous training and development has contributed to the continuing success of the restaurant.

Ricky has gained an international reputation for hospitality and catering training and brings wide experience of the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises to the FETL board.

Ricky is also a Trustee of UK Harvest, a not-for-profit perishable food rescue operation that collects quality excess food from commercial outlets and delivers it, direct and free of charge, to charities.

Ricky was previously trustee of the Learning and Skills Improvement Service, and sat on the board of governors of Greenwich Community College for five years where he was an active member of the finance and general purposes and standards committees. He also sat on the board of directors of Bird College of Dance and on the London Advisory Board of Springboard.
