Dr Steve Lambert is a Senior Lecturer in educational leadership and programme leaders for the MA in Educational Leadership at the University of Chester.
He has spent over 20 years in the further education sector holding a number of leadership roles including senior leadership posts with responsibility for curriculum. He has also worked as a civil servant working on funding and more recently in a local authority in the South East where he had responsibility for all post-16 education and training across the borough. At the University of Chester he oversees the suite of master’s degree programmes as well as researching on aspects of leadership in further education including the development of future leaders.
